Founded by Alex Grant, Round Hill Projects was born from a love of quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and the Sunshine Coast way of life.   We hand over your keys, but not our support. From maintenance advice to ongoing care, we’re here long after move-in day.

Our craft is about marrying design with execution so that your home feels effortless, yet deeply considered.
Custom homes take care and time, but the results are worth it. Most projects take around 10–14 months from design to handover.
