Designed with purpose. Delivered with precision.
A refined commercial fit-out for Brisbane Physiotherapy and Podiatry, bringing together architecture, bespoke joinery, and tightly coordinated delivery to create a calm, welcoming clinical environment within West Village.
-
This project required a highly coordinated approach from the outset. Round Hill Projects facilitated Loupe Architecture to work closely with the client on the design, while simultaneously planning the build and progressing procurement off-site. Running design and pre-construction in parallel allowed the project to move quickly from concept into delivery, with clarity around materials, detailing, and sequencing well before site access.
Strong collaboration across all parties, paired with an organised and decisive client team, meant the project came together smoothly, with design intent and build execution remaining closely aligned throughout.
-
The project was delivered within a compressed program, requiring early decision-making, disciplined planning, and careful coordination across trades. Materials and bespoke elements were ordered early to support a seamless site start, while the build itself was managed in strict accordance with West Village fit-out guidelines, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
Close oversight was maintained throughout construction to ensure quality was not compromised by time pressure, particularly across joinery, finishes, and services integration.

The design centres on warmth, tactility, and restraint. A rich, tonal palette and natural timber creates a grounded atmosphere that softens the clinical setting without sacrificing professionalism. Bespoke joinery is used throughout the space, with curved forms, integrated storage, and carefully proportioned elements lending a sense of calm order.
Stone surfaces are used selectively, adding depth and material contrast with upholstered built-in seating introducing softness and comfort.
Layered lighting—combining wall sconces, pendants, and concealed illumination—creates intimacy and warmth, guiding movement through the space and reinforcing a sense of quiet clarity from arrival to treatment rooms.
